Eduard Zanen

Eduard finished medical school in 1986 at the University of Amsterdam, and started to specialize in tropical diseases. Eduard never finished this specialization as he started his first business in teaching first aid and resuscitation courses to big companies. This company did very well and was subsequently sold; with the proceeds, he co-founded Bugaboo in 1999 (Bugaboo develops and produces innovative mobility products, such as strollers, and employs more than 1,200 people worldwide with annual revenues over $175 mln). Eduard is a serial entrepreneur with a focus on disruptive technology driven start-ups. His main focus is to make a difference and create a positive impact on society.
